How are outstation cab rates calculated?
Our outstation rates are calculated per kilometer, as shown in the fleet tables. There is a standard minimum running limit of 250 kilometers per calendar day for outstation journeys. Toll taxes, state border entry taxes, parking fees, and driver allowances are charged on actuals or can be calculated as a fixed all-inclusive package upfront.
Is the driver allowance included in the per-km rate?
No, driver night halt allowances (usually ₹300-₹500 per night depending on vehicle class) are charged separately if the driver stays outstation overnight. This allowance covers driver meals and lodging costs.
Do you provide tour packages including hotel bookings?
We primarily specialise in premium car rentals and local guide coordination. However, upon customer request, we can arrange all-inclusive packages that include trustable hotel bookings in Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Gaya, and Kathmandu through our local hospitality partners.
What is the booking cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled journey time. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior, a one-day minimum charge or advanced booking token amount may be forfeited. Please inform our support team as early as possible regarding changes.
Are your drivers familiar with Hindu pilgrimage rituals?
Yes, all our local chauffeurs are highly experienced in guiding pilgrims. They can guide you regarding the best timings for temple darshans (avoiding crowds), bathing ghat locations, and can recommend genuine local priests for rituals like Pind Daan in Gaya or Abhishek in Kashi.
